This product is for 1 autograph on your OWN piece of memorabilia.  There is a "Personalization Request" box above this description.  Please include the following information for Thomas:

1. What item are you sending in?
2. What color marker do you want?
3. Do you want it personalized?
4. Character name (Clown Cafe Pilot) or just Signature?

After you purchase this mail in autograph option, you will be e-mailed instructions on where to mail your signed item(s) and a verification of the personalization options.  This e-mail will come from "contactus@oticeshop.com".

After Thomas receives your item(s), he will sign and ship back to you.  Unless he is on the road flying, items should be mailed out the next day after they are received.  Worst case, it may take 3-5 days for him to sign and get back in the mail to you.
